1. Identification
FleteGo is a technology platform operated by Ezequiel Delorrio, National ID No. 5.246.460-6, which facilitates contact between users who require transport services and independent service providers registered on the platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using FleteGo, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purpose of the service
FleteGo is a technology intermediation platform.
FleteGo does not directly provide transport, moving, parcel, or towing services.
The platform only facilitates contact between users and independent service providers.
The execution of the contracted service is the sole responsibility of the provider who accepts the request.
3. Available services
Through FleteGo, services such as the following may be contracted:
- Freight.
- Moves.
- Parcel delivery.
- Towing services.
- Other services the platform adds in the future.
The availability of each service may vary according to geographic location and provider availability.
4. User registration
Using certain services may require creating an account.
The user agrees to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information.
FleteGo may suspend or cancel accounts containing false or misleading information.
5. Service provider registration
Service providers must provide the documentation required by FleteGo.
The platform may request:
- Valid identification document.
- Valid driver's license.
- Vehicle documentation.
- Vehicle photographs.
- Any additional information it considers necessary.
The provider must hold valid vehicle insurance for the vehicle used to provide the service, meeting at least the coverage required by the Mandatory Automobile Insurance (SOA) under the regulations in force in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. The provider is responsible for keeping such insurance valid for the entire period during which services are provided through the platform, and FleteGo may request the corresponding proof at any time.
FleteGo may approve, reject, or suspend registrations at its sole discretion.
6. Authorized additional drivers
Service providers may register authorized additional drivers.
Each additional driver must complete the verification process required by FleteGo.
The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.
7. Service requests
Users must provide accurate information about:
- Type of service requested.
- Point of origin.
- Destination.
- Estimated weight.
- Approximate dimensions.
- Number of packages.
- Special characteristics of the cargo.
Incorrect information may lead to price changes, cancellations, or rejection of the service.
8. Prohibited cargo and items
Using FleteGo to transport the following is prohibited:
- Illegal drugs or substances.
- Weapons whose circulation is illegal.
- Explosives.
- Undeclared hazardous materials.
- Stolen goods.
- Items whose sale or transport is illegal.
- Any other item prohibited by applicable law.
The user is solely responsible for the content transported.
FleteGo does not inspect or verify cargo contents.
9. Payments
Payments for services may be made through the means enabled by FleteGo.
By using the platform, users and providers accept that FleteGo may receive consideration for the technology and intermediation services provided. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, such consideration will be equivalent to fifteen percent (15%) of the total value of the contracted service.
The amount owed to the provider will be settled once the applicable deductions have been applied according to the conditions in force at the time of contracting.
Applicable fees will be informed before service confirmation.
FleteGo may modify its economic and operational conditions when necessary for the correct functioning of the platform, notifying such changes through the means it considers appropriate.
10. Cancellations by the user
Users may cancel a request free of charge while it has not been accepted by a provider.
Once the request is accepted:
- The user has 10 minutes to cancel with a full refund.
- After that period, administrative charges may apply.
- If the provider is already en route or has started the service, no refund will apply.
FleteGo may evaluate exceptional cases and grant partial or full refunds at its sole discretion.
11. Cancellations by the provider
The provider may cancel a request for justified reasons such as:
- Personal emergencies.
- Mechanical problems.
- Accidents.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Force majeure.
Repeated or unjustified cancellations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent account cancellation.
When a provider cancels an accepted service, the user is entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid for that service.
12. Provider responsibility
Each provider is responsible for complying with the legal regulations applicable to their activity.
Providers act independently and are not employees, representatives, or partners of FleteGo.
FleteGo does not control the material execution of the services.
13. User responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Providing correct information.
- Properly declaring the cargo.
- Complying with the agreed conditions.
- Facilitating the execution of the contracted service.
14. Claims
Claims related to a service must be submitted within 24 hours after its completion.
FleteGo may request photographs, documentation, or any evidence it considers necessary to analyze the case.
The platform may act as a mediator between the parties, without assuming responsibility for the events claimed.
15. Ratings
Users and providers may rate each other.
FleteGo may use such ratings to improve platform quality.
Accounts with repeated reports or negative ratings may be suspended or cancelled.
16. Limitation of liability
FleteGo acts exclusively as a technology intermediary.
Consequently:
- It does not guarantee permanent provider availability.
- It does not guarantee exact arrival or delivery times.
- It does not guarantee specific results.
- It is not responsible for damages, losses, thefts, or harm caused during the execution of a service.
- It is not responsible for agreements made directly between users and providers outside the platform.
Responsibility for the execution of the service lies exclusively with the provider performing it.
17. Platform availability
FleteGo will strive to keep the platform operational on a continuous basis.
However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements when it considers it necessary.
18. Intellectual property
All rights related to FleteGo, including software, design, trademarks, logos, texts, and images, belong to their respective owners.
Their reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
19. Data protection
FleteGo may collect and process information necessary to provide its services.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published by the platform.
20. Changes
FleteGo may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication on the platform.
21. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
